Dual Outputs (HDMI or Scart/Composite)

Hi, Im currently using HDMI output for my TV. I have another TV in the house in which I used to show the same signal.

(ie. Old sky box, HDMI - Main TV. RF Out - 2nd TV)

Is it possible to use the composite output or Scart output to display on my 2nd TV? I've tried plugging the wire into both sockets but I get no signal on the 2nd TV. Is there some setting I need to enable or something?

How can I use both outputs at the same time on my receiver? I want to see picture on HDMI and on SCART outputs? Is it possible to do that?

Yes it will output from hdmi, component and scart at the same time, my Duo2 is connected to my Tv with HDMI and to my pc monitor with component.
