DUO2 bootloading gets frozen

On my 3.5 year old DUO2 I lost one tuner of the dual tuner. Rescanning helped a few times finally could not receive at all with B tuner. Very latest failure is that when I reflashed the receiver does not complete the booting gets frozen at the image logo. Thought that this was a hardware failure, main board gets 12V, checked the caps with ESR tester look OK. Repeated reflashing gave the same result all the time. Do not know what to do.
Is there a service in Austria or Germany? Is circuit diagram available somewhere to check the voltages on the main board?

If the problem is the tuner, just replace it.
Have you tried moving the tuner card to the second tuner slot?

Checking only the mainboard voltage outputs doesn't mean a lot. What Mick said is the first step; then it should be useful trying another tuner (but I understand this is difficult if you don't have friends with a VU+) and then very important is the capacitors' health, often responsible for troubles with tuners.
