Duo2 tuner A not working

I have a Duo2 with a fixed 4 dual LNB dish, with 2 cables each feeding a S2 tuner. Both tuners are configured for all 4 LNBs.

After working fine for 6 months, tuner A is now not working. Tuner B is fine. On Sat Finder in the menu Tuner B locks fine with a strong signal. Tuner A is completely dead, no signal at all.

I've tried to switch the coax cables, but the problem remains same. Therefore I have assumed the problem is not with dish but Duo2 or tuner? I have tried to downgrade OpenVix without effect.

Any suggesions would be most appreciated.

Have you tried clean tuner contacts (
for example, with contact spray or with alcohol)
and then put back in his place
or better , put the first tuner to the place of another and vice versa
to be sure that the problem is in the tuner and not on the motherboard.

Try the tuner on a different slot.

I had a same problem before and solved it by cleaning the main-board . To be sure, make a measuring in tuner output if there is normal voltage( 13 or 18) then problem refers to out of box and if no voltage or short circuit , it is hardware issue .

Thanks. I'll try to clean and/or switch tuner inside. If it doesn't work I'll just hand it back in for repairs.
