I know this is not a problem of OBH itself; but can someone shed a light on the following:
Unable to update rytec providers in CrosEPG so tried epgimport
Part of the log of epgimport in /tmp/epgimport.log:

Before running epgimport there was no file /tmp/epgimport.xz, so I created one, thinking that may have been the problem (it was not)
Ran epgimport for about 10 sources, the log of one is shown above (source= UK/Ireland - FTA (xz))
Result was Events: 0 and the file /tmp/epgimport.xz had been deleted.
A manual download of http://rytecepg.wanwizard.eu/rytecUK_FTA.xz produced the file
rytecUK_FTA.xz which I saved to my PC. It has (unknown & unreadable ) content.
So, apparently the app epgimport could not write the contents of file rytecUK_FTA.xz to /tmp/epgimport.xz.
If no-one has any comments about all this, can someone tell me how can I contact the author of epgimport for help?
