Duo / DuoLE fault vu duo

There is a fault with the reciever it is stuck on starting and will not go any further. I had turned the box on one day and this is all it showed ... any idea guys

replace a capacitor on your motherboard
have a look in the 'Vu Duo is dead' thread, it's been discussed there

Almost 2 month passed when you asked for a help. Did you solve the problem? I'm quite curious what was wrong.
