I tried even now and it works (apart, of course, for the libraries not possible to update because of the dependencies issue).
There must be something in your connection. Or, you can try OpenDNS (or Google ones, whom I don't like because I don't like Google, actually).

Connection status and ability to download are two different things, sometimes. That's why I talked about DNS.
Sometimes this is the only chance to download from BH/OBH feeds.

In case you did not find:
OPENDNS are
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

GOOGLE DNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

I know Opendns and i used them....
Nothing changes.....

This night at 2.30am until 3.30am I also tried reflashing but nothing has changed .... it doesn't depend on me and my line
