full back up to usb?

I want to back up my vu+ solo( full back-up to usb) BH 2.0.7 and I get error message that says

python: can't open file
'/usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/Extensions/Backupsuite HDD/message.py': [Errno2] no such file or directory

I am a new user so need help? tnx!

Hi I'm trying to do a full backup in a usb stick, u know...not to HDD ...when I connected usb to the vuplus (solo) appears a message that says: Sorry no device found to store backup. Please check your media in Black Hole debices panel.

I try every thing but there's no way...need help ?

Have you got your USB mounted correctly? From memory it should be the same as the hard drive, to allow backing up.
There is an option, in the menu, for where you want to backup to.
