Unfortunately, I didn't received any mail from Vu+. I also wrote on Vu+ Facebook page to explain the situation, but nothing happens.

What should I do to solve this problem?

No, unfortunately there's no mail in the spam folder.

I'm one of the winner of the first week (Jan 28), so I think there's a problem in sending me that confirm mail.

that's so strange...i've received the email with the coupon numbers yesterdy night...

do you wrote them with the same adress you have used with "return of love"?

Of course I did. I've written them via mail and via Facebook. They said they're trying to solve the problem...we'll see.

They wrote me they'll check the status and reply me as soon as possible.
