Green Led and Black Screen

Hi Guys,

I have the original Vu+ Solo box and recently I have upgraded the bootloader solo_cfe_2.0_usb.zip cos I wanted to installed the latest image 2.1.7

Before I did the upgrade I was running on 1.7.7 image.

After I have updated the bootloader I successfully installed 2.1.7 (got the green flashing at the end) but when I restarted I was only getting a black screen and the green led on. I tried to install several images 2.x.x but I was having the same issue.

It seems that I can only install images not higher than 1.7.8. At the end I manged to install image 1.7.8 but I cannot go higher than this. Any ideas??

Are you sure to have an original Vu+?

At least your receiver is working. Try re-loading the bootloader, use the version on the vuplus website:

One time I'v got this kind of problem and after a while I notice that this Vu+ is very similar to original but it's not original.

The problem caused because you gave an image to a clone receiver
