Internal SATA hard drive

hi all, help needed (again).
on finding out i had a clone box, i sent it back to amazon and bought a genuine one from wos. i now need to set my new vu duo up again. i installed bh 2.1.4 and used the wizard, but i don't think my hdd is set up properly, i just tried to initialise and i have a message ' unable to initialise hard drive. error: creating partition failed'. can somebody give me a step by step guide to install it? thank you.

Is the box seeing your HDD ?
Have you powered the box off and then on again ?

hi Artorius, just after i posted my question, i turned my box off because i was going out and on my return, turned it on and yes, it's there now. my next problem is getting the epg to work. i flashed the image and followed all the instructions, did an auto service scan, setup crossepg and used open tv providers, and now i have a blue screen with black hole and starting gui. i pressthe epg button on my remote and nothing happens, have you any idea what i have missed ?

Do you have a USB deviced mapped ? or did you save the epg to the flash ?

Hi, i have an internal hdd as the storage and thought that the epg would be stored there.
