Do not use the multiboot so it will not be any problems.
At least you can do pull out the USB stick if you do not test images on USB

Some USB devices are problematic with VuPlus USB buses.
The problem is not clearly explained to Dev team because it's happen in total randomic way.

I have this same problem with an hub USB externally powered with USB DVB-T stick and a 8gb pendrive: sometime the duo don't boot regularly.
The only solution is to remove the hub, boot, replug the hub and all works correctly.

Another test info :
As you know Voodoo have sometimes a problem with USB sticks, etc.
However, it seems that this applies for Linux format USB stick.
If you want to use the USB stick only for Picon, etc. but not for multiboot
then do not format the USB stick in Blue>>Blue>>Device Manager
but make only mountpoint /media/usb and use USB stick formated only
on PC FAT32.

So once again you can use a FAT32 formatted USB stick without any problems with BH flash image.
