I have just joined and need help. I have a VU Uno with a moveable dish, the reason so I can watch channels on 28.2e eutelsat Astra 1a/2a/2f which works great and also so my wife could watch the Thai Global Channel on the Hotbird satelite.
Now Hotbird use to be on the Green button labelled Satelites along with alot of other satelites but since yesterday the only Satelite on my box is the 28.2e eutelsat.
I have attempted to reinstall but with no sucess but to be honest do not really know what Im doing.
Can anyone tell me in simple terms how I go about getting the Hotbird satelite back please as the wife is away until sunday and would like to get it sorted by them.
I am in the UK.
