Help vu+ solo

Hi Guys,

Vu+ solo here, gives red light fault after a short while/use.

I have tried different firmwares, replaced psu, also the cap on the main brd beside the power in lead, worked for about 8 hrs then will start go black screen in a few mins & gen return to displaying red led again.
When it goes black/red led after being on a channel now after 30secs/1min, I reboot from the mains & it does the same again-black screen, red led.
Currently running blackhole 216 from here.
Anyone experience this?
