Hi all
Can anyone help me with inputting my coordinates?
Im setting up a motorized system with a VU+ Duo and the latest version of BlackHole installed.
When i come to enter the longitude latitude, the VU+ requires 6 digit numbers for each.

How do i arrive at six digit numbers from my coordinate to enter into my Vu+ Duo?
Ive had a look around the forum but i can't understand the calculations, for example how does West becomes East in the following:
360 + (-2.xxxxxW) = East xxxxxx

Using these coordinates as an example how would i get the six digit numbers VU+ requires?
Latitude: 51.4326°
Longitude: -0.0979°

Thanks Jeff

@jeff1 : You have only 180 degrees for West and East Longitude. -2,5 West means 2,5 East.
You don't have to insert for example 20,4567 E, it's enough 20,46 E.

Hi Paolino
Thanks for the quick reply!

I still cant fully understand it.
How do i get the 6 digits?
VU+ requires me to enter 6 digits with a decimal point in between, like this: _ _ _ . _ _ _

Thanks Jeff
