Hi Everyone, I desperately need help.

I cannot make the tune configuration, My vU+solo2 says to all LNB`s `Not connected`, besides that I lost comletely the chennl list and when I referd to the Backup- restore, did not work. I was asked from the box if I want to update, I could not even see what. Then it started to update without my command.
There after there was a crash I think, After the box rebooted the satellites positions order was lost.
and the default shennel list also. I dont have any idea why I cannot make the tune cofiguration . I am totally lost. If there would be someone so nice to let me know how I can get a new BH chennel list and obvously how to solve the problem of the satellites configuration, I am afraid that it a big mess. Was it a wrong e2 updated, or something phisical to the box happend? I thankyou so much in anticipation.

Reflash of BH 208 for starters,then update to 208.1

As fairsats has already wrote, install a new image.
Moreover, before updating, I advice you to remove any usb devices conncted to the receivers and then to avoid to restore any backup.

I will try this ,I never made a flash up to now because was made for me when I bought the box new.

Hi again ,I tried to flush the image on my vu+ solo2 with the exect instruction execution, but nothing. What am I doing wrong I wonder? I tried three times, I even chenged the usb, But nothing. If maybe you would help me a bit more would be very nice because at this pont, I dont know what else to do. Thanks Moto for helping us beginers,for we depend on the community to le

Where have you stored your backup?
Have you removed all the usb devices connected to receiver before updating?

By the way, I am trying to install flashplayer, it seems that it is very difficult to get it though. Tried form Adobe site, but does not let me.
