How to install BH image on my new box

Hello, I'm new here. I just purchased vu+ duo box and I want to install the latest black hole image.

I downloaded and extracted the file on my USB key (formated fat32 and folder vuplus at the root).

What are the next steps to download this image on my box
Does the image contain multiple languages (I need french interface)

Once you load the image, and it starts running, you get a user interface, which allows you to set everything up, including your choice of language.
Read through the how to guides, but loading the image is very easy:
1 Switch off the power, on your receiver, at the rear.
2 Insert your USB stick, with the image loaded, into the front USB port, behind the pull down flap, on the right hand side.
3. Switch on the receiver, at the rear, and press the front power button, behind the pull down flap, front right, until the receiver tells you that it has started to format.
Then just let the image load and follow the instructions.

Once the image has loaded you will have a lot of setting up to do, including setting up your tuners, and various options, so please read all the guides first.
