Howto Skin

I am trying to play with skin modification and want to know how you can change scrollbar attributes (fg color/bg color/ size)

Any hint please?

I started with a little help with a small but useful program for beginners called e2skinner , i use it as a reference or just getting the idea....Slowly,slowly with time you learn what each line does and how its written......Also its helping if you have an XML editor....After that you must have a huge fantasy to create and change things.....
