I have done a factory reset on my vu+ solo with the last image and without backup of my setting (a mistake..). I am a beginner....
I have an official bistv card on Hotbird 13e.
Unfortunately, I have lost the possibility to access to the bistv channel (TF1, France2, France3, etc..), the status is "no info from EMU or FTA", However I get correctly the "free on air" channels (France24, bfm, bloomberg, etc..).
It seems that my bistv card is not read by my vu+. What should I do to make my smartcard accessible ?
