IPTV Problem

Example of IPTV that Works OK:
#SERVICE 4097:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:http%3a//regional.web.tvbox.md:Regional TV

Does not work on BH images, this is necessary for recording (works ok on Vix images).
#SERVICE 1:0:1:270F:E:55:2FFFFB:0:0:0:http%3a//regional.web.tvbox.md:Regional TV

Is there a way to fix this issue?
