    Hello,

I have Vu+ zero4K and it's great. Just i get randomly problem when i zap channels. The problem i need to wait about 7 sec to get signal. On latest Blackhole Image, i didn't get any error massage just i get black screen on that period.

On latest OpenPli Image i get error massage, telling me "Tune falled!", see pic below

i have installed and tested above of 5 images of different teams and get the same problem until original image.

I have 8 LNB DiSEqC 1.1 and below picture is for my setting. 1_0_1_4F01_C86_3_EB0000_0_0_0_20190410215850.jpg

I have Chinese receiver from Delta brand and it's working great without any waiting when i zap channels.
I like Vu+ zero4k, It's big performance but this problem is big for me.

You should check th cables from your Zero4K to your lnb
and you might try to connect the Zero4K to the other stb cable to see if you find the problem there.
Problems with so many images usaly is due to faulty cabel connections, diseqc or lnb

I don't think the cable connections, diseqc or lnb are caused the problem. I have tested them on my Chinese Delta receiver and working great!

    That does not prove anything.
a very small difference in voltage can already cause problems
in one receiver and in the other not.
The fact that it works on Zero 4K sometimes or sometimes not
    confirms this problem.

Try first with a different configuration.
To be sure it's not the cause.
Let's say test the first standard configuration for only 4 positions
    Mode for Diseqc A / B / C / D.
Is the result the same ?
    If yes

    1. So it's a problem in the loss of voltage in the cables and the connectors
or defective Diseqc / lnb that are using more current than normal
What causes a higher voltage drop from receiver to switch and LNB
or dirty diseqc command voltages due to poor connections or cables.
In that case, check all cables and connectors first,
Then check DiseQc switch and LNB.

    2.Problem in the receiver ?
If you know someone with similar installation and diseqc switch
    you can test your receiver.

The cause is not easy to find without measuring.
If you know someone who has the ability to measure.
Otherwise, the only substitution and testing method remains.

    To add
    You have to test
Does this happen in all satellite positions?
or just some.Perhaps the individual LNBs are not good.
If it happens in all positions then the problem is not in LNBs
