LCD in duo2 only " white screen "

Hi to all
please help me . from yesterday LCD in duo2 only shows white screen and no clock , picture , programs and .... . I only can increase and decrease the brightness from 0 to 10 .
I clean flashed it but nothing changed .
the picture attached . you can see it .
I clean the socket with alcohol and eraser . but nothing changed .
I use BH 3.02F ( 2016/9/5 ) .
I tested . I cannot manage lcd4linux from webif in my computer .
it said :
Error 404: Page not found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
the url is correct and i can manage other part of device from webif or dcc .

today i focus on it and i see that the line of clock and program name is a little black from other part of screen .
the lcd is white and noting shows . only i can increase and decrease the brightness of lcd .
please help me .

If you have checked connectors and ribbon can you try another lcd ?

So if you look at lcd4linux from box on tv screen everything working ok ? board should be ok Usually it would point to loose or bad connection between the lcd and board or as pointed out maybe defective lcd. Sorry but i can't offer any advice on testing the lcd screen itself other than swapping one. If you are having problems viewing lcd4linux on tv screen it maybe hardware related.

sometimes in setting in lcd4linux in TV i have a problem .
progress bar not show every time in tv an media mode .
and
I cannot manage lcd4linux from webif in my computer .

please attention :
i erase only the socket between motherboard and front panel .
and not erase the connection between lcd and front panel .

What image are you flashing with? Have you tried the original image from vuplus site?

I used bh 2.03f and now 2.03g .
i clean flash with 2.03f and latest vu+ from code.vuplus.com
this version : vuplus-image-vuduo2-20160808161851_usb.zip
but nothing changed .
before white lcd ,
in lcd4linux , i put all setting of brightness of lcd to 10 ( main , idle , media )
about 1 to 2 weeks works and then ... after a night : white lcd .

It seems the high settings may have ended the life of the lcd. One option is to return to where you purchased to have it fixed if it is still under warranty. If not under warranty then you could try vu+ for lcd this maybe more difficult. Other than that go into lcd4linux settings and in enabled select no then restart gui this will turn off lcd screen. You can now check if the box works fine now without the small lcd just to make sure there are no other hardware problems. hth

from about 2 month ago , the white lcd gone . it is black . and nothing seen .
but in booting time i can see lcd is white for 3 second .
