Lost full screen

Having acquired a new 4k tv, with my zero 4k everything is Ok, except for the mode AV 2160p, where the screen becomes black, if I put the mode 2160p30, the image is perfect, but if I zap, the image is retrieved and occupies only part of the screen.
Thank you for your help...

Check the Just scale ... parameter at AV settings.

Other information, with the 2160p30 mode and using my smartphone to zap everything goes smoothly, I think the problem is related to the skin or the pip..

Allways start wirh Matrix 10 skin_default if no problem then you might look at the skin you are using

But you talking about PIP is it when you use pip?

If you press up/down and left/right on the menu options to call up the channel list, the image is incrusted in the upper corner, once the choice is confirmed, the image remains with the same dimension and does not cover the entire screen..

Can you please, take a screenshot like:

1) Restart enigma2. And after restart enigma2:

2) Press <MENU>; choose INFORMATION and press OK; choose ABOUT and press OK.

Take a screenshot and upload it here!

All the problems you describe are related to your TV
Or the TV is not new with least HDMI 2.0 support
or your TV setup for HDMI inputs is not good
The 2160P30 is the old HDMI standard HDMI 1.4
used a few years ago in the first 4K TVs.

That standard was in old 4k UHD TVs
not in new ones.
If you have a new 4k TV it should support 2160P50 / 60

That means if you have a new generation TV
Check the HDMI configurations/setup in the TV
and which HDMI input supports 2160P50 UHD.

It is clear from your writing that your TV is having problems
with HDMI signal sync coming from the receiver
so in some cases it switches to a smaller image format
and with 50 or 60 fps no picture only with 2160P30 (30 fps/frames per second)

I don't think curved ones are so old..

Curved doesn't mean it's new.
What type of TV, what version
and year of production ?

If it is a new TV it must support 2160P50

Now I'm lost in translation ..
It's true it does not support the mode 2160p50,
It's a smart tv with android 7...

Check into setup TV
HDMI setup
enable UHD color space if you have in HDMI setup
Select and connect the receiver to an HDMI port that supports 2160p50 UHD
color space

I don't know what your TV supports.
You have to check it yourself in the TV setup
and on the internet the specifications of your TV.

Accully you have full screen since the infobar of Matrix skin shows full screen.

Do you have any plugin installed that have a Pig in the upper left corner?

I ask because i do fiddel alot with coding and skinning so crash my boxes often ;)
Sometimes i dont get ride of the Pig until i open the plugin and exit the same to get full screen.

Maybe you have a plugin creating just a skin warning and therfor you dont get the greenscreen to tell you whats wrong

Ok thank you, I'll check all this tomorrow and I'll come back with the results..

By the way, PIP is not supported on ZERO4k.
