Midnight Commander - keyboard bug?

I have noticed strange behaviour of MC when press F5 gives me MOVE dialog which is associated with F6. Same situation with other F-keys, they are shifted or what?
BH202D. I set terminal type VT220, it is not problem with terminal application.

ooops, problem is with VT220, with terminal type xterm everything works OK.

p.s. you could delete this topic, it was just my mistake
