Ultimo MY HDD is dead?

last night i been transfer some mp3 songs to my hdd, so i was listen some music, after 1 hour... the song stops and the box says there is not hdd in.. nothing ...


can someone explain what i can do??

take it off from receveir, try to connect it to a computer and check if you are able to format it
