Does your smart TV have a web browser option?
On a PC you can type your receivers IP Address, into a browser, and view/control you VU+ using Openwebif.

Also there are videos, online, showing how to use various Apps, for your television:

Try typing in your receivers IP Address, and see if it will work with Openwebif.
You can find your receivers IP Address by going into the Menu, Network and Adapter Settings.

LG TVs use the application directly

Code:
https://siptv.app/news/

Just create playlists of your favorite bouquet in openwebif. Upload these playlists (* .m3u) to SmartIptv applications

I suppose that the choice of "Last scanned" bouquet was just an example to show how to export whatever bouquet you like. But maybe I'm wrong ;) I use the plugin Tuner Server to create .m3u lists from my bouquets (all in one step).
