OBH and RAM in Duo 4k

Dear all,
A simple question: do you have any idea (see attached image) of why I see only about 500 MB ram in my duo 4k?
Should not have 2 GB?

PS: the same problem I have in solo 4k flashed also with OBH. In this case the ram shown is about 1 GB.

Yes because the STB have not a video card and so part of the ram have to be mapped for video memory.
The manufacture have to choose how many Ram to map for video for any box.
I don't know the reason but it seems that the memory map in duo4k is this.
I also think it is not balanced but that is.
