If anyone is interested, a reboot fixed the issue.

Still no one answered my question regarding updates - will there be regular updates as with previous images, or will we have to constantly update the image through the "Online image update"?
How often should we update it?

When i try to install LCD4linux for Samsung SPH83 a get this error:

I try this:
root@vusolo2:~# opkg update

try to delete manually the file /var/lib/opkg/OpenBlackHole-vusolo2

Delete the file, restart E2 and same error.
I try to install manually:
root@vusolo2:~# opkg install /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-lcd4linux_4.5-r3_mip
s32el.ipk
Collected errors:

This morning i downloaded from OBH feeds and everytging is OK.

Tuner A is set "loop through to tuner B". I can use PIP and recordings only on current transponder and all work fine only from tunner B. I try to run second program (PIP or record) from tuner A but no success. And on my other receiver with openATV( dont know if is to the image) i can watch program from say high band horizontal and second program again from high band horizontal but another transponder. Here this is missing. Must say i am one week with Solo2 and have no experience. And ALL tests are with FTA channels

It's all possible with OBH .
You can set tuner in Customize panel >> Prefered Tuner and you can record from another transponder with diferent freq but Fec the same.
That is the same in all Pli based images.

there is a problem with this black hole image and crossepg
it cannot parse the events

I also formatted the usb as ext2 but it showing as ext4? why is it that?

/dev/sda1 on /media/hdd type ext4 (rw,relatime,data=ordered)
/dev/sdb1 on /media/usb type ext4 (rw,relatime)

I set options for prefered tuner to auto again. And trying this : zap channel from 12524 H 7/8. Then no luck to add channel from 12688 H 7/8 to PIP. Tuner B icon is blue and working on first channel, tuner A icon is red but no PIP ? Again with FTA channels. I will try tomorrow with BH 2.1.6.1 and Atv

It seems that you're right

It worked last time I tested
However now is not working with OBH image with solo2 and with duo2 works.
You can test with Black Hole standard image .

I have the same
/dev/sda1 on /media/usb type ext4 (rw,relatime)
and my test now with solo 2 CrossEPG working on Benelux EPG i have download.

/dev/sda1 on /media/usb type ext4 (rw,relatime)
is not a problem which causes that CrossEPG not working.

Which provider you tried to download ??
