Interesting .... to enable OpenGL you must write to Vu+ (www.vuplus.com) and open a support request.

It's the integrated Broadcom GPU.

I ask because the new DM7080 use glesv2 with a "libv3ddriver.so"

The new DM uses a Broadcom CPU also and I suppose it's GPU is integrated with CPU.

The raspi use a VideoCoreV3 as GPU inside the CPU...
Not all integrated GPU's are the same

I know but ARM CPUs are very different than MIPS CPUs....

You need to use the same format as DM7080 - they might be actually the same binaries , since Broadcom is same archmipsel. What is different is the machine specs and driver implementation. Not sure how different they are but I bet DM is using their own

Vusolo2 /duo2 can both be using OpenGL ES 2.0

Why not released until now ? You can ask...them

Well, i ask vuplus.com a week ago, no responce till now, i dont know how long they need for a responce

Well, not yet.
I have the libv3ddriver and the mesa-gl witch using the driver, but i dont know how i can test it
