You must first make USB stick
mount with BH Devices Manager ,(blue blue button)
that you could put the picon
Now you've overfilling flash with picons.

REmove picons from /media/usb/picon

make mount and put picon folder and picons agn

As far as I know HDD is not a good place for picon
because then your HDD constantly needs to work

the problem is
I can fill in HD 21MB picons (in ../usr/share/enigma2/picon/ or in ../media/usb/picon/)
but i have 38MB picons
after 21MB image crash with crash log "No space left in device"
but I have HD with 480GB free
this is crazy

"No space left in device"

I already answered
you did not mount a USB stick.
So you have put Picone in the flash ../media/usb/picon/
and not on mounted USB stick ../media/usb/picon/.
So you have "No space left in device" because flash memory is full
On the USB stick you can put 1GB picons that is not problem.
