Your VU+
Latest version is 3.0.3 and then you need to carry out online update.

Before you update just back up your settings and files, I use software manager but you can use what ever you wish.

If you look on Philips forums you have TV with a problems with UHD. e.t.c
Do you have the latest TV firmware.

So the problem should be searched for in the TV rather than image and box.
Try different inputs for HDMI and different settings in the TV and A / V settings within image.

But first you have to be sure you have the latest TV software/ firmware.

on 2160p it's out of sync like in the philips.

Strange

have you tasted a variety of different options in the A / V settings

Refresh Rate / HDMI Color space /HDMI Colordepth.

According to the specs of your Tv, it would need to be connected to HDMI 4, as only that port supports 4K.

Maybe try the original HDMI cable again (the one supplied with the box) and use HDMI 4 on your Tv and see what happens.

Then once you have done that, go into av settings, and change the HDMI Colourspace and HDMI colourdepth options, as not all tv's support all options
