Problem Playing mkv files

hi all
i have a problem playing mkv files with media player of vu+ solose box
when i play it i can hear the sound without video and i got an error gstreamer plugin viideo/x unknown decoder not available
what should i do?

Your MKV uses a codec not yet included into Vu+ drivers and/or GStreamer libraries on box ......
Use MediaInfo tool (Windows) to determine what codec is used into your MKV file.
