Seems all OK.

The ip address has to be confirmed in green instead of red or you will have problems. Try removing the AC power for the router for about 30 seconds as a reset, Then reboot the receiver.

Thanks el bandido I know must be green confirmed IP adress, not red unconfirmed
If I've understood well reading your file: are you in China?
If so, try manually changing your DNS, maybe some domain names are now blocked in China...
No Eragon I am in Europe.

Thanks all for your help.

I've noticed the CN country and this can be problematic only if you have wireless interferences but if you can download addons from Green Panel your box and your Internet connections are OK because feeds are localized in the same server.
The reason your box doesen't download them is unknown and is very silly ....

I've re-read your debug file and I've detected a strange thing.
Your current wifi configuration

Code:
wlan0 IEEE 802.11bgn ESSID:"TP-LINK_AE0CE2"
  Mode:Managed Frequency:2.452 GHz Access Point: F8:D1:11:AE:0C:E2

  Link Quality=46/70 Signal level=-64 dBm

but the driver detects an encrypted wifi network

I think you must reconfigure your box with correct informations like correct wifi encryption and the corresponding pre-shared key used.
Also use DHCP instread of static IP for the first setup because the DHCP will be invoked AFTER successfully association with wifi router
