Exactly the same way you record satellite television.
Switch to Radio mode, select the station, then either press the record button, or set a timer record.

Only in theory, Mick, because it doesn't work, at least under OBH (but I believe I had tried a couple of times also under BH without success).

Just for curiosity, I've just managed to use VLC to convert the stream into a .mp3 file, but surely is not so comfortable and user friendly

I'm running Open Black Hole 4.1, on a VU+ Duo 2, and just started recording indefinitely:

With the Solo4K it didn't work. I'll try, as soon as possible, to do the same by the Duo2, but it's not at my home.

I tried to play the recorded file by VLC and by BH 305 and there it worked. So, probably OBH needs the ServiceApp installed, whom I haven't reinstalled at the moment.

I can confirm: under OBH the file recorded worked after installing ServiceApp and choosing to play it by ServiceExtPlayer3.
