Recording in coolmans cool tv guide

I can't seem to stop a recording when it has started in coolmans epg, any ideas?

Take a look at Menu > Timer and disable it.

I've figured out that if I'm on the EPG if i use the record button to start my recording event goes red and i can stop it by pressing record again!!
