Recordings button not working

Since I've switched to blackhole the button for my recordings (between Menu button and Audio button)folder is not working. When I press it nothing is happening (under vti I got all my recorded movies and could start them). After pressing the R-button all other buttons aren't working any longer. Pressing any button (except volume + and -) displays a small symnbol on the screen ( little rectangle with slash sign inside).

Can you please post a picture, of your remote control.
Mine is for the VU+ Duo 2, and the recordings button is next to the video buttons, top right.


Is yours similar to this?

It sounds like you've accidentally re-programmed your remote, if none of the buttons are working.
Check the forum, as I think the remote control codes are listed.
What are the 4 buttons at the top?
