Maybe if you tell us just a little bit of details:
1) what image are you running and what VU+ you've got.
2) if you are using LAN or WAN.
3) if you are using WAN, if it's embedded or not.
4) if your image is in flash or in OMB.
and so on.

I don't have troubles with my three VU+, but they are different. It would be interesting if you have the chance, just for a try, to use a LAN cable because WiFi might be influenced by many external factors.
Is it your VU+ near the router or far?

my vu is near to the router not far

If you are near you can test with a network cable... and if possible, the binding to the router is always done by this.

But one thing is the network cable connection and another is by wifi... tests wifi using 2.4GHz.

There are reports of difficulty in WiFi connection in Duo 4K... Do you still exist and are also present in the Duo 4KSE?
