HDMI 1.4,. Tuner default on, menu is ok ok, but still not sharp and bright like on old Solo

Have you tried to adjust your settings in system > video enhancement settings?
I'm using default config for bh and can't complain about picture quality.
But my tv is not Sony...

I already try everywhere and at the moment can not react objective anymore, this is why I ask settings, but on default settings my sony not show clear picture, how You set autoresolution?

I meant, connect the TV and the receiver with an hdmi ethernet cable and they share the internet between them

Well, it's a specification of hdmi 1.4. If it is not implemented yet, maybe will be in future.

I haven't seen the HDMI 1.4 specs .... I suggest to write directly to Vu+ about your request

As Far as i am aware there is no HDMI 1.4 this branding was done away with last year and HDMI now comes in 5 Standards only

Hi there

I'm getting my Solo2 tomorrow and before even flashing BH I was wondering if any of you guys could explain the right way to phisically install the hhd drive inside the box.

I've seen that on most reviews including this one you place the hdd on top of the bracket with the letterings facing up but I've seen others where they actually place it inside the bracket with the letterings facing down.

Probably not really an issue but for neatness sake, which is the right way ??

it doesn't matter. Days when it was important are gone and latest technology allows using drives up side down and they work
