I believe that user manual is the unique weak point of these great boxes. The official one is only in electronic format, and a similar box would deserve a hard manual. Also, PDF file downloadable from Vu+ web site is compiled like images including a very annoying and bad banner through every page. Unfortunately neither Blackhole (and any other image) include a complete user guide. Yes I know that I can learn using the box and through Google search or reading/asking in this board, but I believe that we are speaking about luxury and not cheap receiver, so a good printed guide would be fine (at least from official manufacturer, obviously not possible for Blackhole who maybe could provide a good file for download). This is only my opinion.
