You must flash your STB with SoloSe firmware that is too for SoloSE V2.

You can download the firmware ( image ):

How to ... using an usb pen drive ( USB 2.0 device ) previously formatted as FAT32 FS, that you can do it in your PC, and following this guide --> http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/howto-flash-update-vu-images.11819/

The procedure flash is the same, regarding Vu Solo SE.
