Solo2.Can't configure to motorised dish

I need help desperately!!!Well my motorised dish was perfectly set up using usals with my tm500 super so I thought it would just be a case of swapping over on wednesday when the box arrived.No such luck!I just can't seem to pick anything apart from 19.2 east and that only picks up few channels and looks like it's pointing to 28.east.When I put my fixed cable from the s#y dish in it picks up that no bother.I have config. tuner A as simple,positioner and tuner B to loop through.3 days and I can't make a break through.Any help greatly appreciated.Using BH 2.0.7

Sat Cable to Tuner B, configured as main with USALS, Tuner A loopthrough to Tuner B.
And check dish alignment and your Long./Latt. USALS settings.

my friend had similar problem when putting on new box to motorised dish and after a lot of messing round and not getting far he done a hard reset on dish motor and all was good, hope it helps

Thanks for help received.After hours of brain busting I've realised my dish must be missing the arc on usals so I went into advance settings and set them up individually and stored them in positions.It seems to have worked thank god!
