problem solved but there is a question.
isnt it a bug with the image?
i set the first line on english and image set the channels defualt language on english.
if english or language i choose isnt avalable in the provider detail, image must choose the only or one of the languages that provider have.
in your opinion,is this a problem?

No, it's not a bug. You shoul select: First language - english, and Prefer language saved by provider to Yes. This will select provider language when there isn't english.
