You won't have any benefit though, the speed of SDD is unuseful for just recording and playing programs. In addiction to this consider you only have a SATAII interface.
I'd suggest using a Sata 2 mechanical disk: anyway silent, effective (you can record a program while watching another recorded program...), larger and cheaper....
