The Return Love Event(genuine box)

Yesterday my nephew bought a vu+ Solo,he came to me to check if is original or clone and to show him how to send image to the receiver.I switched on th receiver and it cames the official Image of Vu,I decided to install the latest Black hole of 1.78 and everything went ok,to compete check if is original or not,i went to the plugin of the Return Love Event(genuine box) but unfortinatly at the first step of the Serial Number first two letters,i can't find of my nephew solo reciever because the serial number begins with the letters CO,yesterday night i sent all the info abouit this reciever and the serial number to the official site of vu+...but still waiting for the reply.What do you think that is original or not this receiver?Thanks

In Announcments area of this Board and on www.vuplus.com website there is a description and simple photos to make comparison betweekn genuine and clone boxes.

I have also bought An Original from EU seller via EBay for which I tried to verify SIN number but same as Bojja mine started with CO which is not recognized by VU+ verification system.
Now I have written to seller to whom I have already advised that I will be letting EBay and Paypal know about this within 24 hours during which they have to comment to me.

Back on same subject; I forgot to say that I bought the Vu+ solo.
I have also just noticed that inside the remote battery compartment it is written that it is made in China.
Can maybe someone with same box verify what is written inside their remote control.
On box it shows made in Korea.

Hi i have just bought a vu+ solo off ebay from a dealer and bought as genuine and fit's the bill regarding the picture's on the vuplus site other than i have not opened the inside to check there,however my serial no start's with C1,also there's a label in the remote control made in China,i wonder if the letter C in serial number has anything to do with for UK use,hope this help's.Cheer's

unfortunately for you my friend you have bought a clone contact the seller ebay paypal and if not happy with response contact your credit card company and say you have bought counterfiet goods also if it was a uk seller you can always report to trading standards as well also worth consdering if he has sold it to you pretending that its an original box it also could be seen as fraud as well worth going to small clains court but that would be the last option i just hope you used paypal good luck getting your money back

Hi i have just went over my solo box with a small tooth comb and every thing is the same (genuine) the only difference being the card reader board colour mine being brown,i must also say that i first got caught out with a clone and when i removed the lid it fit the bill of a clone and when i tried a new image it jacked in,so i returned and managed to get a full refund.This time i bought from a big dealer so i was hopefully geting a genuine.I must also state i have tryed all the images going without any problem's.I wish there was a data base to check your serial number correctly as the love event will not take my number's.I must also state the box is only 10day's old.Cheer's

Hi all i have just had an email direct from vu+ and can confirm that my box is a genuine Solo box so to all of you that are jumping the gun that they have a clone beware with your serial number's and the love event not letting you put your number's in as mine would not also mine begain with the letter C i hope this cheer's a few of you Solo owner's up.....Cheer's

hello from Greece.I buy before 1month the Vu+ Solo and i see the S/N begin with C092xxxxxxx..one letter(c) and 10 digits but in this plugin dont exist serial who begin with C...you could to help me???

Have you bought your box from an official Vu+ reseller?
Have you take a look to the thread about clones in this Board?

Hi mate had same problem's,one thought is the boxe's starting with letter Cxxx are ment for UK use not a 100% however try emailing the maker's and you might be lucky and cheer yourself up.......Goodluck
