Yes it is... Grave the list of Duo2 on the PC and then send to Uno 4KSE. Do not forget to configure the tuners in the Uno 4KSE the same way as it is in Duo2.

Unless you have over 30 satellite positions to transfer, it will probably be easier to enter the information manually instead of trying to copy the information between receivers.
There are several ways to transfer the satellite positions from different receivers and different images. But this is not easy to do unless you understand basic file editing, such as copy and paste. You will also need putty or other telnet terminal so you can connect remotely to the receivers.

How many satellites do you have?
Unless by "satellite positions" you don't simply mean "channels and bouquets".
In this second case, you can save them by a PC software or by the OWIF (Open WebInterface) itself and its bouquet editor.
