transponder 11188 v 1774 nss 12 problem

i cannot receive this transponder on ( Nss 12-- 57 East) even i tray many transponders on this satellite and i can not receive such like
11189 v 1775
11191 v 1452
11140 v 2200
and in manual search i don't know what to do with these values
inversion : (auto - off - on )
pilot : (auto - off - on )
roll- off : ( 0.35 - 0.25 - 0.20 - auto )
please help
note ( i bring another receiver and be sure that the dish is fixed well and the transponders work well
an i have 91% signal quality )

The only thing I can spot is that Lyngsat has it listed as QPSK, not 8PSK, but another site has it listed as 8PSK, but this shouldn't make that much difference.
I'm experiencing similar problems on 0.8W, where 12643 H 27500 will scan in but 12643 V 27500 will not.
You can try loading them via your PC, using something like Dreamboxedit, and see if that works.

Try the QPSK modulation for 11189 V and others transponders, as @Mick12334 said.

Do a manual search on that transponder, just to be sure.

better. do a manual search with yes in network search
