Many thanks for the new choices also for OBH. I felt a little bit abandoned, since I decided to switch to OBH ;)
I like Fire, which reminds me of the first skin I adopted with my first VU+. Only, I find strange the 4 dots for recordings going on, updates (and the other two functions I don't remember) which are already in red.
I checked the recording one that flashes if a recording is going on, but the overall feeling is strange.
Maybe, if they were simply left black, it would look more "natural": What do you think, Matrix? :)

I did not really understand what you mean :wallbash:

we have

1.recording
2. sub channels
3 update
4. stream

Recording
You get TV via streaming, for example, from another receiver
The channel with sub channels (green button and green in OSD)
Open Black Hole server has an image update

Or you do not need this information ?

Well, I was actually talking about these dots which show the infos you said (and whom I knew the meaning of only two of) that are red in the Fire FHD skin. I know that this skin is based on this colour and but, as red is the colour used to show that an activity is going on, it makes the overall feeling about the situation, a bit confused. For instance, in Waves, the four dots are blue and red only for the active ones and this immediately let people know what is happening. In Fire FHD, instead, only the flashing indicates a recording is ON, like in the screenshot.
I feel that if the dots were black if inactive, this would result in a more clear effect. Just that ;)

These are information for specialists
standard user 90% do not know the meaning of this
In Open Black Hole you have the information SAT position
in OSD you have some of this informations in service info as well.

Some asked for temperature measurements in OSD and climate change , HDD temp
Such skins I do not make.

If we do, then we'll put the Loto results into the SAT receiver :chair:

Finally I understood
you love black womens , not blonde :D
When it comes to a bigger update I'll probably put gray buttons
black you probably did not see

That makes me a specialist then, thanks for the compliment.

I demand currency rates as well please, as a scrolling text at the bottom of screen. :p

If you mean tuner info of the highlighted channel in channel list, that requires the use of a special .py file which is not present in BH & OBH skins. If you know how to edit skin.xml file, you'll need to google for 'ServiceName2.py', otherwise you'll have to use some other skin (like HD Glass) if you really need to see that info.

for what you need this info ?
Mostly for moving at the right place, channels that represent newly added transponders in my 'Frequency Bouquets' for all 12 sats that I have on my toroidal dish. (see pic on the left) :p
It is also useful for editing or deleting channels according to daily changes at flysat.com. This is my biggest hobby you know, keeps me constantly busy! :D

I don't remember any with everything. At the moment, Waves 1 reports, only for the higlighted channel, the SAT info. I don't remember if other skins, too, had this info but I suppose so. Unfortunately, at the moment I cannot try other skins because I'm recording.

if you add this line to the channel list (in skin.xml coding <screen name="ChannelSelection" ) you have transponder info.
Of course you have to find a free place and position (It will be a bit difficult all is in use) :lamo:

postion you can change changing this values position="1218,750"

<widget source="ServiceEvent" render="Label" position="1218,750" size="580,30" font="Regular;28" halign="left" foregroundColor="white" backgroundColor="black" transparent="1">
<convert type="TransponderInfo"></convert>
</widget>

Are you looking for this info ?

Perfect! :victory:
So we don't need any extra converter for that, it's good to know.
I remember having tried with some of them to no avail, that's why I used that ServiceName2.py which shows the same info in a bit different order.
Also checked to make sure that the info belongs to highlighted channel and not to the one that is currently being watched, and that is indeed the case.
Good job, I'd suggest to make this info permanent in one of the skin groups. (Maestra?) ;)
