I already suspected this kind of tuner doesent work correctly :(
I've developer on dark :(
Please make this try:

Ok.
You have tried to enable the tuner into USB Tuner Panel? I think YES but I need confirmation from you.
I will update the drivers for your stick no the server within 30 mins approx.

Hi,
Driver seems to work but no channels found.
When you scan for channels you have an instant 0% to 100% 0 channels found

I cant find Cyprus-Europe
I have options Iceland dvb-t europe-middle east dvb-t australia dvb-t etc
And
What Mhz to put the tuner i have options from 6-8MHZ

Your dmesg and output about /proc/bus/usb/devices is very good. Device correctly detected.
I will study the other errors reported on your last dmesg.

It's not necessary. All the useful infos are being psoted into your last dmesg who shows correct detect and startup of your device.
I will work to solve the "0 service found" ....
