I'm interested about ALL ISSUES, more interested with issues that can be checked DIRECTLY by myself.

I think angelofsky1980 is interested in discovering new information, as posted by abid, regarding the problem with 28.2E, and I'm also a little curious, as I've never heard of this problem, before abid's post.
I have discovered that the VU+ models do work on the 27.5W channels, with a S/R of 44100, at least according to other owners.

pleading to vu+ team is not going to work i guess it's almost 6 months since this issue is been reported.

Spamming our forum also is not going to work.
I think it is time to contact the right address.
And those are your vendors, and importers.

how could you say i did spam in the forum.we had send emails to vu+ team on contact form on numerous occasions but not even acknowledgement of recipt of issue then how could we contact vendor

I've already seen certainly more than a dozen posts with the same problem.
( You yourself have written more than twenty posts with the same problem)
Do you think that Black Hole team can solve this problem ?
We would gladly solve this problem if we can.
But we can not .
Even we can not test the problem,because we do not see these channels.
and if we can test, we can not resolve tuner or demodulation problems.

Then what point is there to write the same thing dozens of times except spamming.
The importer and reseller in your country should contact VU +
And you as a customer have the right to back the product if it does not match.
At least this is so here, where I live.

To write here half a year the same posts does not make sense.

no data on transponder timeout reading pat and sid not found on pat message appears
can anybody help ?

this issue was reported nearly one year ago and competent technical support team of VU+ couldn't fix this problem and reason behind this could be poor hardware or pathetic support

HELP REQUIRED

I was very happy using VU+ Zero but recently in last week of Dec 2016 I updated the Openpli which was previously running smoothly, in a couple of days I got a msg on screen that my version of Openpli is not good so better to update on previous version by USB, which I didn't, in few days my receiver as well as Tv got stuck up, I have given the Tv to Samsung Repair Shop but don't have any support of VU+ Zero in my country.

Receiver is hanged up, don't take Original firmware USB to update neither Opnepli firmware upgrade and same is if I tried to only upgrade with the new Bootlooder from VU+ Zero site.
Receiver is hanged up and Ethernet plugin light are constantly ON at receiver back
I couldn't get any help from Openpli forum.
Please suggest what should I do to get it ON again
