Vu+ Duo 1.6.2 Error loading backup

I made a backup of my image and put it on a friend of mine gives green screen shots when configuring the network as vu + duo, the pen has a wifi and does not have cable, you do not get the option of pen wifi and when trying to find your screenshot gives green pen, and in the channel which does not hear the audio now sounds very good but seems to be missing something because leave squares when you have a time viewing.
