Vu+Duo Cam Slots

Vu+ Newbie
I have an issue with using both the cam slots at the same time ie using subscription cards. It will
only decode from one cam only. Both the cams work on their own but not together. Here is my setup
Image : Vti 2.2, ***** 2.13, Working irdeto cam and working viaccess cam. Any help will
be appreciated. Both the card readers are occupied with the other cards.

Post some details about CAM, their positions and what channels you try to tune.

I'm very sorry: I have make the answer in very bad english.
I would like to know if the single CAM (only Irdeto inserted - only Viaccess inserted) works correctly in the box and I would like to know if the single CAM works correcty in both CI slots.

Yes single CAM works correctly in both CI Slots, when both the CAMS are inserted only one CAM will work. so if I want to watch irdeto channel then I have to remove the other CAM

When you have inserted both CI modules what module work? The one in upper slot or one in the bottom ?

With both the CI modules inserted only the bottom slot works. I tried this with both the CAMS. The upper slot only works when only one CAM is inserted.
I do appreciate if you can sort this issue. One reason I bought VU+ duo is that it can take 4 cards. I have tried different image as well. I know I could go
smargo route.

The same thing is happening on Vu+ Uno. I tried with a Conax cam and a Viaccess cam, because i read this topic.
It doesn't bother me because i use the internal readers, but maybe it's important to report this to.

Hello everyone,

have since 8 days the vu+ uno..
Nice little player..
But I have the same problem, using Alphacrypt and Viaaccess, both together are not working..
Makes me very angry.. If I wanna watch some channels I have to remove one or the other card.
Does anyone know when that will be fixed? or what image could be used to solve that problem?
